Allen guides companies and their principals in every stage of growth and offers a range of transactional legal services, including assisting with financing and M&A deals and serving as outside general counsel. With past experience working for an emerging technology start-up, he leverages an understanding of business realities to provide clients with pragmatic and strategic advice targeted to achieve their goals. Prior to joining CAS, Allen practiced in the corporate and cannabis groups at Holland & Hart LLP and Greenspoon Marder LLP in Denver, Colorado.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, '90s TV shows, and playing soccer and basketball.
