Information that You Provide to Us.  While using the website, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal information"). The Firm also uses your information to respond to your inquiries and improve the Website.  We reserve the right to use and disclose anonymous and aggregate data to third party companies for any purpose in our sole discretion.  If you provide feedback on any of our services to us, we may use such feedback for any purpose, provided we will not associate such feedback with your information.

For example, the Website may include links to accounts on LinkedIn.  Our provision of a link to or frame of any other website or location is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such other website or location or its contents. When you click on such a link, you will leave the Website and go to another site. If we display third party websites through a frame, you are on another site. During this process, another entity may collect information from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content or their privacy practices. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or framed websites, or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites.  These third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI's website.

We Never Sell or Rent Personal Information.  We will never sell or rent your Personal information to any third party. 

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. 

California's “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
