Amanda’s practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions and general commercial matters. She represents entrepreneurs navigating everyday business challenges and companies at all stages of growth and across a wide variety of industries including technology, retail, consumer products, oil and gas, renewable energy, cannabis and real estate. Prior to CAS, Amanda served as in-house Corporate Counsel to Brooks Brothers, and practiced in the New York City office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys mentoring young women lawyers and law students. Amanda lives in New York City with her husband, son and dog.
