Elisa's practice encompasses a range of corporate matters, including venture financings, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Prior to joining CAS, Elisa practiced in the Shanghai office of McDermott Will & Emery as well as a California boutique law firm.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, board games, and playing the violin and piano.
