Jennifer advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate governance. She helps start-ups and emerging companies with formation, incentive plans, capital raising, and negotiating key commercial contracts, providing practical guidance designed to help clients achieve their business goals.
Before joining CAS, Jennifer practiced at an international law firm. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking, and exploring the world of entrepreneurship and small business.
