Sherry focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and transaction matters, advising predominately on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, general corporate and corporate governance matters. Prior to CAS, Sherry practiced in the Washington D.C. office of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and the Raleigh office of K&L Gates LLP.
Sherry lives with her husband and two boys in Washington D.C. She also serves as a community mentor promoting global opportunities to disadvantaged youth in the city.
