Skylar concentrates his practice on general corporate governance and a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity financings. He represents startups and established operating companies across various stages of growth, as well as buyers, sellers, and investors. Skylar regularly advises clients on strategic planning, structuring, and execution of transactions to support their long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining CAS, Skylar practiced at a national law firm. He lives with his wife and son outside Charlotte, North Carolina, and enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and boating in his free time.
