Zainab advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transaction matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and governance matters. Prior to CAS, Zainab practiced in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins LLP and the Boston office of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.
Zainab maintains an active pro bono practice and also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Association of Women Attorneys Foundation. Zainab lives with her husband and two daughters in Houston, Texas.
